Jean	Joyce	Helen
Jean has been secretary for 25 years and her caring and conscientious manner is always appreciated.	Joyce has been with Richard for over 20 years since the practice first started and is the multi-talented star. Her skills cover all aspects of the practice & in addition to nursing and reception, handles all the digital photographic records with great skill.	Helen has been with us for five years and her friendly and efficient skills in accounts ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Julia	Rita	Lisa
Julia is the mainstay in Forest Row and London, and organises all the clinical work. Julia's cool unflappable manner is of enormous support for patients & practitioners alike. Having to put up with Richard's busy schedule & exacting demands is not easy! Below is Julia arriving at work in her Maserati.	Rita has been practice manageress in Harcourt House for 25 years, having started in the practice when she was 17. Rita runs the London rooms with Helen & Carol, whilst Julia & Joyce manage the clinic.	Lisa is an experienced nurse of more than 25 years, has a kind and caring approach to all of Richard's patients’ needs.  She and Julia work very closely together.
