Dr. Richard Dean is a Dental Surgeon working from Wretham Lodge, Forest Row, East Sussex and Cavendish Dental Practice in London. Although covering the whole of the UK, Richard gets most of his patients from in and around London and the South East of England.

Richard has been in general practice for more than 40 years and has pursued a particular interest in dental occlusion, precision restorative dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation.  ‘As a result of increasing experience in restoring complex dental problems, it became clear that the most difficult restorative cases had underlying jaw misalignment’.  Making up for lost dental tissue required building up the teeth to the correct heights or moving the teeth orthodontically.  This can only be done by correcting the jaw misalignment first.

Complex problems require a broad knowledge of all aspects of dentistry, as well as an understanding of the interrelatedness of the jaws to the rest of the body. With this in mind, Richard has undertaken numerous continuing education courses and is a member of many dental associations.
